In the Riva hamlet of Faggeto Lario, this small lido offers a well-kept sandy beach, completed by a wooden pier-terrace that reaches out over the water: an ideal spot for diving straight in or sunbathing with an open view over the Como branch of the lake.

Entrance to the lido is free, with sunbeds available to rent for those who prefer not to bring their own. Faggeto Lario is a municipality formed by the merger of the hamlets of Lemna, Molina and Palanzo, on the western shore of the Como branch of Lake Como, in a hilly area rich in chestnut trees. After a swim, it’s worth visiting the small Romanesque churches in the area, such as San Giorgio in Lemna or Sant’Antonio Abate in Molina.
